Melksham Makers Market in April

Saturday, 26 April 2025
09:00 – 14:00(GMT+1)
Market Place, Melksham, Wiltshire, SN12 6ES
The Melksham Makers’ Market is a volunteer-led, non-profit market proudly run by Sarah Hillman and Nicola Coleman. The market is hosted by Melksham Town Council, who provide invaluable support to Nicola and Sarah in setting up and running this wonderful community event.
The Makers’ Market offers a vibrant showcase of local talent, featuring handmade goods, crafts, and unique creations from a wide array of skilled artisans in the area. It's the perfect opportunity to find something special, support local makers, and enjoy the lively atmosphere of Melksham.
Each market will be packed with fantastic stalls, friendly faces, and the creative spirit of the Melksham community. Whether you're looking for unique gifts, home decor, or just a great day out, the Makers' Market is the place to be.
Information for Stallholders
The market is an outdoor market, which takes place in the Melksham Market Place on the last Saturday of every month (April – September, excluding August) from 9am – 2pm, and can accommodate approximately 25 stall holders. We have two large gazebos (which fit 4 traders in each) and two smaller gazebos (which can fit 2 traders in each), both of which can be borrowed for those traders who don’t have their own gazebos. The cost is £15 a pitch; if you share a pitch you share the cost!
