Trowbridge Bandstand Sessions – Glastonbury Brass Band

Be among the first to experience the launch of the Trowbridge Bandstand Sessions, a brand-new summer series celebrating live music in the heart of Trowbridge Park. Our inaugural concert features the award‑winning Glastonbury Brass Band, a 1st Section ensemble from the historic town of Glastonbury that blends traditional brass band repertoire with popular melodies in a warm, community‑focused environment.

Founded in 2017 from the former Yeovil Town Band, Glastonbury Brass has already made its mark, earning 3rd place at the 2025 West of England Regional Championships and sharing the stage on Haiku Salut’s 2018 album There Is No Elsewhere. Their 2020 performance of the “Dare to Dream” project and the 2025 world premiere of Phamie Gow’s “Annandale” showcase their artistic ambition and versatility.
