Weekly Town Market

The town council’s weekly market takes place every Thursday from 8am to 1pm at the Bridge Street (library) car park.

We know that the town market is an important part of the community and gives residents and visitors the chance to pick up quality goods at great prices.

The thriving weekly market has a set of regular food stalls with delicious produce to choose from, as well as freshly cut flowers, vinyl records and garden plants. There is also a steady flow of new traders bringing exciting new products into the mix. Our dedicated market traders will be serving come rain or shine, so be sure to head down if you get the chance.
